Returns Guide

Please follow the instructions below to ensure that we can process your return quickly and smoothly.

STEP 1

Prepare Your Return

  • Pack the item carefully and securely for shipping.
  • If you return an item under your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
  • Please return the item with all included accessories (e.g. for an I-CLIP MAX, both coin compartments).

STEP 2

Include Return Information

If you still have your delivery note:

Include it in the package and mark it with “Return” and the reason for the return.

If you no longer have your delivery note:

Instead, include a note in the package with the following information:
  • Order number (or, alternatively, the email address used to place the order).
  • Your full name
  • Your full address
  • Reason for return

STEP 3

Send Your Return

Please send your return to the address designated for your delivery country. Returns from within the EU should be sent to our address in Germany. For returns from Switzerland and the United Kingdom, please use the respective local return address provided.
