Entries can be submitted from 17 August 2026 until 30 September 2026 at 23:59 (CEST). Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

Eligible participants are individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany, Austria, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. To participate, participants must place an order for at least one I-CLIP Wallet on i-clip.com during the Promotion Period and actively tick the consent checkbox at checkout. The consent checkbox is displayed at every checkout regardless of the contents of the order. Whether the requirement to have an I-CLIP Wallet in the shopping cart has actually been met will be verified using the order data prior to the prize draw. Orders that do not include an I-CLIP Wallet will be excluded from the prize draw, even if the checkbox has been ticked. Employees of the Promoter and their relatives are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person and per order is permitted.

The prize includes a five-day trip to Marbella, Spain, for the winner and one guest. The highlight of the trip will be the opportunity to experience the total solar eclipse on August 2, 2027. The trip is expected to take place from July 31 to August 4, 2027. The exact travel dates will be agreed upon with the winner. Flights and hotel accommodation are included. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged. In the event of force majeure, cancellation of the trip, or comparable circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a prize of equivalent value instead.

After the end of the Promotion Period, all eligible participants who have consented to participate in the prize draw will be identified based on the orders received during the Promotion Period and compiled into a list of participants. One winner will then be selected at random from this list using a random number generator. The draw will take place no later than October 9, 2026, and will be documented for verification and transparency purposes.

The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided when placing the order and will have 14 days to respond. If no response is received within this period, the winner will forfeit their right to the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected using the same procedure.

For the purpose of administering the prize draw, data collected in connection with an order will be used to the extent necessary to verify eligibility, conduct the prize draw and notify the winner. Participation in the prize draw is voluntary and does not affect the completion of the purchase. Participation may be withdrawn at any time without any particular formality by emailing service@i-clip.com. Further information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the prize draw early where there are significant technical, legal or other reasons beyond the organiser’s control and the proper conduct of the prize draw cannot otherwise be ensured. Any rights already acquired by participants shall remain unaffected.

Participants may withdraw their participation at any time without any formal requirements, without affecting the underlying order.
